Biohacking Austin is built on a simple truth: when your internal state is regulated, everything else begins to improve. Rather than chasing surface-level fixes, we focus on the nervous system, brainwave states, and stress responses that shape how you think, feel, and perform every day.

Our work integrates neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and real-world application to help you shift from overwhelm to clarity, from reactivity to resilience, and from survival mode to coherent living. With years of hands-on experience and measurable protocols, we teach practical tools that create lasting change — not temporary relief.

David Stepp is a biohacking practitioner and neuroaesthetic researcher focused on optimizing the human operating system.

David Stepp is a practitioner, researcher, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of aesthetic medicine, neuroscience, and human performance. Through this work he began noticing that the nervous system was often the hidden variable behind aging, stress, confidence, emotional regulation, and overall wellness.

This insight led to the development of Frequency Hacking™, a framework connecting brainwave states, nervous system regulation, perception, and human performance. Today his work explores the emerging field of neuroaesthetics—the relationship between nervous system coherence, perception, and visible vitality—while developing tools and educational systems designed to help people understand and optimize the signals shaping their biology, identity, and potential.

BioHacking exists to map the evolving landscape of human optimization.

We explore the intersection of:
• neuroscience
• longevity science
• aesthetic medicine
• nervous system regulation
• performance psychology
• consciousness and perception

Our goal is simple:

To translate complex science into practical frameworks that allow
people to heal, perform, and evolve.

We believe the future of wellness will not be defined by isolated hacks or trends. It will be defined by systems thinking — understanding how the brain, body, environment, and identity work together as one integrated network. Frequency World exists to explore that system.
